-You don't need an account if you are going to place a custom design order, which means that you will need additional confirmation on product logo, size, color, etc. Please contact us to place an order. Our sales team will send an offer based on your requirements.

-Please sign up an account if ordering "in stock" items ,so that you can login anytime to follow up the order such as checking Order Histroy,Order Details,Tracking Number of Shipment and many other important information.

-OEM&Bulk wholesale order by L/C,T/T,DP etc.

-Trial order, Sample order,Small order which order amount less $1000,we accept : Paypal,Western Union,MoneyGram,Credit Card etc.

We can ship order worldwide by sea or by air in FCL or LCL method, for small order will be shipped by express way only such as DHL,UPS,FEDEX.

Shipping methods:

a. By sea: Shipping goods via ships to different destinations worldwide.

b. By air: Shipping goods via airplanes to different destinations worldwide.

Shipping modes:

a. FCL (Full Container Load): Shipping goods that fill up an entire container.

b. LCL (Less than Container Load): Shipping goods that occupy less than a full container.

For small orders:

Small orders will be shipped using express delivery services like DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

Overall, these shipping options provide flexibility and convenience to customers depending on their needs and order size.

-Custom Made Order: 30-60days after sample confirmed, please contact our sales team for specific delivery time

-In stock items: 2-3 days after payment confirmed.you can pay online just like most of shopping cart. we accept paypal/credit card online for small trial order.

"Our return policy applies to 'in stock' products. We accept returns and offer refunds if you do not receive your goods or if the quality of the products is not as described. Please return the items within 14 days of receiving your package, and ensure that they are in the same condition as when you received them.

However, please note that custom-made orders are not eligible for refunds or returns, as each step of the production process is confirmed by the customer. We will only issue a refund if there are mistakes on our end, which is highly unlikely."
